Refund & Return Policy

Mile High Birding LLC wants you to be satisfied with your experience. Please read our policy below:

Merchandise

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Outings & Events

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the outing will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the outing are non-refundable.

• If Mile High Birding cancels an outing (due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), customers will receive a full refund or credit toward a future trip.
